Hi.
If you need IDE enviroment to develope, i suggest use CodeWarrior, this also allow program trought a MON08 interface that is that you shows.
If you only need program flash maybe PROG08 programmer software (from P&E) could be util

- Can you give me link to download PROG08 from P&E, this proggram can comm with my circuit through RS232 interface ?
