Hi,

I've a 8 bit microcontroller, 64 pin plastic LQFP, with the following information on it:

Freescale logo
SC441444CFUE
87440200
QF10V
QQEA0728

I can't find this product in the freescale database. The application is a EIB/KNX controller interface together with a Siemens EIB-UART. I assume that it must be something like NEC 78K controller, but the available datasheets does not fit exactly.

Would be very nice if somebody from freescale could help to get more information about this controller, or give a hint whether it's OEM and where it comes from (or sold to).

Thank you very much,

Joerg

Hello,
The SC441444 is the name of the part. It is probably a ROM based MCU that is custom made for a specific customer.
It has the customers program in ROM and they are the only ones that can buy this part.
We are not allowed to tell what kind of silicon there is inside and we are not allowed to sell it to anybody else.

Sorry, we can't help you!

Regards,
Ake
