MC9S08QG8 saving values to flash..??

Hi i am new to freescale microcontrollers i am using MC9S08QG8 microcontroller.

I want to save certain variables in flash memory so that i can read them when i boot next time.

I have read some related posts here but it didn't really helped me.

please tell me how to read and write variables from flash in C.

means any routine for reading and writing

I am sure I have posted comlete C code for read, write and erase flash. Keep searching ; )
