I want to change a 8-bit microcontroller MC908QY2ACPE wich is not available. Is there an alternative controller to replace it?

Unfortunately Freescale does not have a direct replacement for the MC908QY2ACPE device, but a good recommendation would be the S08 MCU family, however, that does not make it pin to pin compatible.
