MC68HC705J5A programming specification

Hello,
please, could someone help me to find a MC68HC705J5A programming specification? It's pretty old chip, but still in stock, and I have to develop a programmer for it. Freescale's support couldn't help.

Exact bootloader firmware contained in J5A or selfprogramming circuit design should help.

Which mask are you refering to, please ?

Hi,
I have a doc named M68HC705JICSUM, which is a 705Jx simulator-programmer user manual, but this looks like not useful, because it's for J1, J2, and the sockets have a different pinout compared to J5A.
Yes, I have a datasheet of J5A, there is written about bootstrap mode , but without any circuit design.
Chip top marking is: MC68HC705J5ACP 1J48X ZRQQ0326
