MC68H(R)C908JL3 help

hi freescale i have problem related to this ic ...

i am trying to program THIS MC68H(R)C908JL3 IC by MON-08 but ic has not be programmed ..........

please send me the circuit of IRQ ,RESET ,oscillator with a simple led on-off program

please send anyone

Hello Wasim, and welcome to the forum.

Does the programming arrangement shown in Fig. 7.1 of the datasheet provide the information that you require?  Application note AN-HK-33 may also be of interest.

now the programming is done on the board and booting too

but a problem is still that when i remove the MON-08 CONEECTION from computer then booting is stop .

i think this is due to any fault in circuit of RESET,OSCILLATOR,IRQ

i have used

RESET------100K FROM VDDTO 28 PIN 

IRQ--------10K FROM VDD TO 1PIN

CRYSTAL IS 4MHZ BOTH end is pull-down by 22pf capacitor and legs are connected by 440k resistance.........

where is fault ?
