MC68332ACEH25 vs MC68332ACFC25

What is the difference between these two PNs?   In the same design PCB I currently can program the MC68332ACFC25 but cannot connect to the MC68332ACEH25.  Not sure the IC is my issue, but going through the process of elimination trying to figure this out.   I am still troubleshooting, but noted the difference and want follow up.

Hi,

MC68332ACEH25 is the Pb-Free & RoHS replacement part for MC68332ACFC25. There has no function difference.

Please check the chip status and please try more boards with MC68332ACEH25 chip.
