These 1321x devices are basically a GT60 (Cut down GB60) and a 1319x radio chip in the on package. Some of the connections between the devices are not brought out. There is no memory map for the whole thing as they are really two thing connected together by a SPI link so the radios registers are not in the map of the MPU.
