Obviously the answer to your question is yes.

The documentation for the MC13193 Evaluation Kit is available on the CD that came with the kit.

If this has been lost, you'll have some work to do.

I googled the 3 words MC13193 Evaluation Kit and got this:

EVK is made up of 2 main boards:

3-off SARD

2-off EVB

You'll find the documentation for those boards on the Freescale site.

Download the BeeKit, which contains all of the software for these boards, and the download contains plenty of information. Note that the SARD and EVB boards are deprecated now, and are not available as shortcuts in the BeeKit wizard. You'll need to use the platform editor to get support for the EVB and SARD.
