the MC9S08SH8CTG is a lead free part that can support 260 C as is show in the next link:

There is not a specific document for the TSSOP package that show the reflow solder, but you can use this application note as reference

Also remember that your customer needs to check all the component in order to check that there if some of them have different peak of temperature, and also check the solder paste specification.
