The input signals are sin and cos signals. I want to use arctan calculation to convert them into angle data. I need to find a chip with arctan operation function? And I need to know how long does the arctan operation take?
1、I would like to ask if you have a chip with a CORDIC module?
2、Is there a chip that can calculate the arctan function? If so, how long does it take to calculate the arctan function once?

Do you want to use an 8 bit device for that?
please check the S08D family
But maybe 32 bit devices is a better option
