Help trimming S08QG oscillator with USBSPYDER

Please, can anybody help me with trimming the S08QG oscillator using USBSPYDER?
I read a lot of messages but I can't do the trim.
An example will be very nice!

I tried to answer it, and included the software, but I got no further response.
