I'm working with S9S08DZ32F2MLC, 32 pin, 32K flash.

SOMEONE CAN EXPLAIN IF THERE IS A CORRELATION BETWEEN THE PROGRAMMING OF THE FLASH AND THE EEPROM AND THE PTE1 PIN?
ON SOME PIECES WITH PTE1 = 0 THE EPROM IS NOT PROGRAMMED AND NOT EVEN THE FLASH

The only difference that this pin has is

The PTE1 pin does not contain a clamp diode to VDD and should not be
driven above VDD. The voltage measured on the internally pulled up
PTE1 pin may be as low as VDD – 0.7 V. The internal gates connected
to this pin are pulled all the way to VDD

But this does not affect the programming or the memory
