I'm interested in developing a prototype with MC9S08QE8CWL but i have 2 question to clarify before i start.

1.What is the frequency of the chip if the chip voltage is 1.8V? Can anyone provide me with the frequency graph vs voltage?

2.I can't find any document & source code to help me with EEPROM Emulation. Can anyone point me the link?
Thanks:smileyhappy:

Hi,
I answered your questions thru the Freescale CRM.

Was there something wrong with the answer?

I am just curious.

Nope! there's nothing wrong. I posted two at the same time to get the answer faster. Thanks for the answer

for all,

The answer by AKE is

1) The operating voltage is 1.8 V - 3.6 V. Within that span, the
component behaves normally, so no compensation is needed.
See Section 3.13 and Table 7 in MC9S08QE8.

2) I have no paper describing the 9S08QE8. The closest I got is the
9S08QG8, so I will send you a paper/file describing that MCU instead.

Hi,
Thanks! I got the feeling that I had made a fool of myself by sending something useless.

Have a nice day,
