Flash Programming for MC9RS08KA2

I want to use 2 bytes flash of MC9RS08KA2 for config, but I see that:

Flash memory cannot be programmed or erased by software code executed from flash and device does not include on-chip charge pump circuitry, external VPP is required for program and erase operations.

I would like to know if I put external Vpp and run the flash programming procedure from RAM. Can I program flash? If possible, someone have an example for this.

Hello & Welcome Seiji,

You don't only need Vpp outside but also a very special circuitry.

I don't have the details of the circuitry itself but you need to respect timings with Vpp.

Please look at the datasheet that surely explains better than I am now.
