Could you please help me to validate the meaning  of top marking?

Row 1-2: FS32K116LAM-> last M whats mean?

Row 3: ON96V

Row 4: CTVREB 

Also please help me with quadrant position for tray or tape package.

The letter M shows the temperature range (-40 °C to 125 °C). You can refer to the S32K data sheet's chapter 3.2 (ordering information):

The row 3 & 4 markings refer to internal coding.
