Does anyone know the difference between a MC68HC711E9CFN and MC68HC711E9CFN2?
I have some older parts that just have just CFN and I can't find a datasheet that just has that CFN.
The only ones I can find have the CFN2 or CFN3.
I would like to help with your question, as I had a similar problem. But unfortunately, I am not competent enough in this matter. In my case, contacting the support https://support.nxp.com/?=source helped.
This is a very old device and all the information is obsoleted
As I remember the MC68HC711E9CFN is at 1MHz, but I did not find any document that shows that
