I know the DemoJM board is setup to use 5V.  How hard would it be to run it at 3.3V?  I'm specifically thinking the IIC port, but why not run the micro at 3.3V?

The MCU and peripheral chips all look like they can support 3.3V.  If I just replace R28 with a 10K resistor, would that be all that's needed?
