Code warrior for DEMO9S08LL16??

i have seen few free codewarrior siftwares (with limited code) on this website but cant find the perfect one for demo9s08ll16 board... can someone tell me which one to use or send me a direct link .... thx

1) Ideally, the board should have come with some sort of Quick Start guide that explains how to set up the board for development work. What does it recommend?

2) Lacking 1), I'd would got with the Special Edition of CodeWarrior for MCUs. It is available for download here.
