Can you identify this chip?

Cheers everyone,

I have a 64 pin QFP I am trying to identify.  It is a Motorola chip.  ZC410 7.52CFU   Mask set is OD69J.  I am trying to read the eeprom.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for your knowledge.

Hello Coocat,

Your component is a member of the 68HC05 family.

It is not new and probably a custom part for a customer. Especially if the part number is not given on the part !

Please note that Freescale cannot help you doing some reverse engineering on one of their customer's device !
