About MC68HC908GZ60 MCU demo application using LIN,CAN bus

As we know, MC68HC908GZ60 MCU supports the LIN and CAN bus protocol, but I cannot find any application notes demonstrating this capability of MC68HC908GZ60 MCU. If everyone knows the application note illuminating above capability of MC68HC908GZ60 MCU, please show me. Thank you very much.

You can also get Application Notes from
http://www.freescale.com/LIN in Design Support. There are a few examples of applications realised.
I couldn't find much ready-to-eat for msCAN08... Except AN2283 which gives examples of the Interrupt Service Routines.

Unfortunately there is no free CAN driver distributed by Freescale anymore.
