AP16 burn problem

Hello, I have 2/10 AP16CFBE pieces masked OM25D that seems to have a flash problem. I charged my firmware trough MON08 / P&E PROG08 software. It didn´t work so I check the flash. I has 0x00 in one row(or column) all along the entire memory, including vectors. I´ve never had that problem. I´m unable to blank the memory. Any comments?

Sounds very odd!

If you enter the wrong security bytes, you would get 0xAD (or whatever) in all positions, so that does not seem to be the case.

So it seems to be the correct Flash EPROM content.

In that case, try another HC908AP16, and check if it behaves the same.
