There is more 1 byte than the number of bytes of the data which transmitted soon after having changed it to a local loopback mode and receives it.

why?

There are MC68360 two to the card which I designed.

It is the slave side that abnormality occurs.

Peripheral is

・ SCC1
・ UART setting

What? No idea what you're talking about. Which PERIPHERAL in the MC68360? Give some technical details about what you're doing and seeing.
