About the Android APK installation/permission

HI All,

            Can any one pls review my question  & give me the suitable answer.

Actually i am tring to install "ALSAMIXER" app. but it asking about the root Permissions. So i don't know how to give the permission? & install ALSAMIXER.apk. pls tell me the solution.
