The STANDBY mode of MPC5748G

Hi,

I want to know whether MPC5748G can run in a loop that changeing from DRUN mode to STANDBY mode.

Just like the following code, from RUN3 mode to STOP mode.

Hi,

yes, it is possible to enter STANDBY mode from DRUN.

I have shared simple example using STM_0 for wake up here:

Lukas, thank you for your help. And I want to konw whether MPC5748G can change from DRUN to STANDBY, then to DRUN , then to STANDBY and so on.

Is it necessary before enter STANDBY mode?

It's example only. Of course, it is not necessary to use push button to enter STANDBY mode, so it is not necessary to configure the PA1 pad. Just modify it as you need.

Yes, that sequence is use to enter STANDBY.

Lukas, thank you for your help.

In the Application Note: AN2865, there are something about Low Power(MPC56××B/S).

It says that after the first wakeup timeout, mode changes from STANDBY to DRUN. But we can't go back to STANDBY because of the reasons in the red circle. It uses the STOP mode to repalce STANDBY mode. I want to konw whether MPC5748G is the same with MPC56××B/S. Can MPC5748G go back to STANDBY after changing from STANDBY to DRUN?
