zero cross detection by BEMF IMXRT1024

hi , recently im working on project to build the ESC with imxrt1024 with flexPWM and internal comparator as BEMF detector ,  what ever i did got no result to detect good BEMF detection and it got to much noise , first of all please share any idea to get better result and then i found that pwm chopping make the cmp anct noisy i wonder is there any way to sync pwm signal with cmp to get sample when it is in high PWM signal ?
