Hello,
Does anyone knows where we can find source code which is referenced in AN12239:
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/nxp/application-notes/AN12239.pdf
Thank you,
ranran
Solved! Go to Solution.
yes, I double checked it, SDK doesn't include this, you need to download the hyper_ram.zip, which includes the AN in the official website as below:
i.MX RT1050 MCU/Applications Crossover Processor | Arm® Cortex®-M7 @600 MHz, 512KB SRAM |NXP
one can find sample code from "i.MXRT1050 EVK Extended Feature Example Code and HW guide " under "Users Guide (4)"
i.MX RT1050 MCU/Applications Crossover Processor | Arm® Cortex®-M7 @600 MHz, 512KB SRAM |NXP
if you need SDK, pls find from the link as below:
i.MX RT1050 MCU/Applications Crossover Processor | Arm® Cortex®-M7 @600 MHz, 512KB SRAM |NXP
Hello,
Is there any idea where is the source code?
It is not founded in the packages which were mentioned above.
Thank you,
ranran
refer to the AN you post, "the SDK used for the example in the application note is SDK_2.3.1_EVKB-IMXRT1050"
so you can download the SDK instead, the package includes the driver of flexspi, what detailed software you need mentioned in the AN??
Hello Joan,
> what detailed software you need mentioned in the AN??
AN12239 described the example code for hyperRAM. This is what I am look for: hyperRAM example code (which is mentioned in AN)
I find in sdk builder download SDK_2.4.2_EVKB-IMXRT1050 .
In that build in board/<>/flexspi I only see hyperFlash example, not hyperRAM.
Can you please refer how I download older sdk and which path in that sdk contains the hyperRAM example ?
Thank you,
ranran

The demo only includes IAR, would a mcuxpresso example be available?
Thank you very much
Hello Joan,
I have browsed the examples there but did not find the hyperRAM example mentioned in the AN.
Can you please tell me which path do you refer to in that zip file ?
Thank you,
ranran
