iMXRT1050 can't find CM7_CFGxTCMSZ fields

I follow the AN12077 to demonstrate the FlexRAM configuration, but I can't find INT_xTCM_EN/CM7_CFGxTCMSZ fields in IOMUXC_GPR_GPR16/IOMUXC_GPR_GPR14 as section 2.1.2. shows.

Is there anything wrong?

These fields appear as reserved because it was determined that the user should not modify them.
