i.MXRT1052 Power-up circuit

I have one version of PCB that is based on i.MXRT1052. It is not meet a suitable connection for the power-up sequence. Therefore the first version of PCB did not work.

Now, I have added an R-C circuit as described in the hardware design guide. I have attached the schema.

Is it a suitable connection for programming the MCU?
