Will there be a new revision of the RT1020?

The RT1050 has a revision A1/B, and consequently there is a RT1050-EVKB eval board.

Will there be a new revision of the RT1020 (and RT1020-EVK)?

There are no plans for future releases of the RT1020.

No, the longevity program of the RT1020 is 15 years.
