Hello, looking for a Wi-Fi + BT solution for NXPs i.MX RT 1060 evk. It does not seem to come with Wi-Fi/BT built-in? Any suggestions?
Best regards,

Hello Romit,
You can use Murata's M.2 module (i.e. Wi-Fi+BT combo solution) for the i.MX RT board. There are three M.2 modules i.e Type 1DX, Type 1LV and Type 1MW EVB which are compatible with NXP's i.MX RT 1060 EVK. Till now NXP SDK only includes support for 1DX and 1LV modules. Type 1MW is scheduled to be included in their upcoming release. Please refer to the links below to learn more about our M.2 modules:

Hello Romit,
NXP is using “SX-ULPAN-2401-SHIELD” and “Murata 1DX M.2 module” in there SDK-Examples. Maybe this could be a good starting position.

Hi Romit,
The SDK 2.5.1 supports Murata Type1DX Wifi/Bluetooth combo module if you add additional components (basically 'select all' helps) when you download the SDK.
You can check our quick start guide to learn more about the details: https://wireless.murata.com/datasheet?/RFM/data/murata_quick_start_guide_freertos.pdf
