Since there appears to be a conflict in using ENET2 MDIO signal on GPIO EMC-39 with QSPI.  Is it possible to use the same MDIO signal for both MACs if I want separate LANs for gateway purposes?

Hi

The MDIO bus can address 31 different PHYs and the PHYs can be connected to any ENET controller.

Therefore if you have a design using 2 x ENET, each with its own PHY, the two PHYs can be controlled via a single MDIO interface, thus freeing up one of the 2 MDIO buses for other MUX usage.
