RT1170 errata TCM issue

Hello,

My customer went through the ERRATA of RT1170 and has the following question regards the TCM issue:

Please advise if the TCM memory does not work properly for operations of the processor or only of the peripherals see ERR050396: SOC: mentioned to CM7 TCM causes data corruption

Is there any plan to fix it with the rev B of the chip in the near future?

Thanks for contacting us.

The ERR050396 only afffects these peripherals bus masters:  CAAM, ENET_1G, ENET_QOS, GC355, LCDIFv2, PXP, uSDHC, ENET, and USB.  It does not compromise processor operations with TCM.

I am currently checking with our team regarding any near sillicon errata fix.

At this moment, we do not have a fix for this errata coming soon.
