RT1052 PIN

I have not found the pin definitions and function descriptions for the following pins in the RT1052 data sheet and reference manual:

Hello,

 The PMIC_ON_REQ is used to control an external PMIC. Also use ONOFF and 

WAKEUP pins description in the i.MX RT Manual.

 The signals SNVS_VIO_5_B and SNVS_VIO_5_CTL concerns violations. 

Use the i.MX RT1050 Security Reference Manual for more details.
