Why m_flash_config_start must start at 0x30000400, while 0x30000000 will be failed?
Note: For i.MXRT1060, 0x60000000 is OK.

1) Why m_flash_config_start must start at 0x30000400, while 0x30000000 will be failed?
-- Just as the below figure shows, the ROM code will fetch the 512-byte FlexSPI NOR configuration parameters start from the offset 0x400 in Serial NOR flash attached to FLEXSPI_A_SS0_B during the boot-up process.
I think it can explain your question, however for the RT1060/50, FlexSPI NOR configuration parameters should be resided at the beginning address of Serial NOR flash.
