MXRT1024 EVK - can't Debugger

I had MiMXRT1024 EVKIT purchased online. Board Inform : PCB Label - SCH47/106/rev B1 ------------------------------------------------------------ we need to connect Debugger in testing . but when connect cable & execute Debug , It's abnormal , ie. no change from the EVKIT. AND it display " 0 available SWD devices detected connect & device and try again " . I guess that TAG/DAP does not recognize the core of RT1024. What's the problem ? What can I try ?

Be sure that the SW8 is in the following configuration: 

Also that the jumpers from the J46 - J50 are placed.

If this doesn't work, I will suggest trying to update the debugger firmware, you can find the software and the process to do this in the following link.
