How to rebuild the newlib-nano library?

Hi,

We're using RT1051 chip with newlib-nano library, for some reason we need to rebuild the library to help investigate a context switching issue, I've downloaded the source code, but I don't know the parameters and commands to run the build, can someone help to provide some guidance? thanks.
