Facing issue with LPC Link 2 with iMX RT 1170 Evk

I am trying to flash the code to iMX RT 1170 Evk using NXP MCU Boot utility. But I cannot find the USB HID device. Event though i followed the steps on

Also I have checked with boot switches setting. 

Please can anyone help me ?

Hope you are well.

How are you powering the EVK? If you are using the barrel connector(J43) make sure that that jumpers in J38 is in default position(1-2). If you want to power from the Freelink interface(J11) the jumper must be in position 5-6.

The USB interface for serial download is USB1, make sure you are using the correct interface:

Also, the SW1[3-4] need to be in position 01 for serial downloader.
