Can I use mimxrt1020 to debug new hardware?

I've been told old evaluation boards have provided a way for re-purposing the board to use the on board debugging capability for the new hardware.  Does the mimxrt1020 provide such a feature?  It isn't mentioned in the hardware user manual.
