Are there any i.MX RT105x boards supporting full ITM trace?

Hi guys,

I'm wishing to take on a project that requires full trace (ITM) capabilities with the RT1050. Are there any development or EVK boards out there for the i.MX RT family that expose the trace lines? i.e. Cortex Debug+ETM Connector (20-pin)

Hello Alistair,

     The current version of RT1050 EVK(EVKB) doesn't support interface for ITM trace, but RT1050 MCU supports it, and next version of RT1050 EVKB2 will support ITM trace interface.

      If you want to use I.MX RT families MCU, you can now select I.MXRT1060 which supports ITM trace interface on EVK board.

Hi Wigros,

I am happy to go ahead and purchase the RT 1060 EVK, however I can't find evidence of ITM in the user manual. Can you please explain where I can find the ITM trace on this board and how it is broken-out?
