I hope you are doing well.

Please make sure that you have set boot mode to serial download mode using the DIP switch.

Please refer to Table 4 — Boot Device Settings in i.MX 93 EVK Quick Start Guide  and Burn NXP Linux BSP Image Using Universal Update Utility (UUU)

Thanks for your replied, but I did the same way to program LF_v6.1.22-2.0.0_images_IMX93EVK.zip without any problem. Only program v6.1.36 have this problem.

Hi @Chihyu_Lin,

I hope you are doing well.

Can you please mention SOC silicon rev. ?

L6.1.36_2.1.0  only supports i.MX 93 EVK board (11x11 A1 silicon).

For i.MX 93 EVK board (11x11 A0 silicon), please use L6.1.22_2.0.0.
