I'm using IMX6UL processor having kernal version 4.1 which runs Ubuntu (ubuntu-base-16.04.2-base-armhf.tar.gz downloaded from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-core/ ) operating system. For few days i was able to boot it from SD card with no issues. Few days later i noticed that the processor is in hang state. Now, While booting from SD card, at certain point booting hangs and throws the following error
mmc0: Timeout waiting for hardware interrupt.
random: nonblocking pool is initialized
Can someone give input on this like why it has happened & how can this is prevented ?
With Regards,
Raj
Hi Rajath,
The i.MX6UL support eMMC 4.0 don´t know if you are using other, however this issues is due to you downloaded a package that affects the eMMC functionality.
Hi ,
Thanks for the reply. Is there any way to find which package is causing the problem ?
