请问imx6qp 支持单片8Gb 16bit的DDR3么  也就总线宽度为16

Hi,

The i.MX 6QuadPlus optimized 64-bit DDR3 or 2-ch., 32-bit LPDDR2 support. For 32-bit addresses 4GB is maximum address area. About the 8Gb 16bit DDR3 here I am not sure, I will confirm it for you, I give you reply tommorow.

Hi,

Here about the DDR i.MX6QP support you can see the details in our reference manule document http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/reference-manuals/iMX6DQPRM.pdf .

Up to 4 Gbytes is support, so the the 8Gb 16bit DDR3 can not work on i.MX6QP.
