imx_rel_3.14.52_1.1.0_ga not support fixed link phy feature?

HI ,

I used imx_rel_3.14.52_1.1.0_ga and when I open menuconfig the item "Driver for MDIOS Bus/PHY emulation with fixed speed/link PHY". I got a compiler error,"error: implicit declaration of function ‘fixed_phy_register’ [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
return fixed_phy_register(PHY_POLL, &status, np);" I grep the function not implement any where.

Does somebody have patch for that?
