iMX8MQ's TRNG(Random Number Generator)'s NIST SP800-90C compliance.

Dear NXP security Experts,

Does iMX8MQ's HW RNG module meet NIST-SP800-90C specifications where applicable. Can you please help confirming?    As part of our Linux DRM solution,  we need to answer this question to DRM content provider, eg. netflix to get access to HD content.
