iMX8M Mini is not soft rebooting

Hello community,

In one of our project we are using i.MX8M mini processor powered through PCA9450AAHNY PMIC and, LPDDR4 as storage and eMMC as flash memory.

We are facing issue with soft rebooting that is, board does not boots up when reboot command is fired through software. If hard rebooted that is, when powered is turned off and on, it gets rebooted properly.

So, can anyone please guide us through what might be probable reason for board not soft rebooting.

Hi Zeel,

Please check whether the PSCI firmware has been compiled.

The PSCI firmware is usually under driver/firmware.

But we tested with MYIR's board MYD-C8MMX-V2.
