I am downloading Freescale_Yocto_Project_User's_Guide.pdf and testing it.

(fsl-L3.14.28_1.0.0_iMX6qdls_Bundle/fsl-yocto-3.14.28-1.0.0/Freescale_Yocto_Project_User's_Guide.pdf)

Yocto Project Setup has encountered an error and can not continue.

$ repo init -u git://git.freescale.com/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git -b imx-3.14.28-1.0.0_ga

ERROR MSG:

fatal: read error: Connection timed out
fatal: read error: Connection timed out
fatal: cannot obtain manifest git://git.freescale.com/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git

1) I can not proceed according to the guide document. I would like to let you know about the latest guides and new methods.

As an additional question, I booted the board using mfgtool.

L4.1.15_2.1.0-ga_mfg-tools/mfgtool2-yocto-mx-sabresd-emmc.vbs

After booting the kernel, the uname -a information looks like this:

root@imx6qdlsolo:/opt# uname -a                                                 
Linux imx6qdlsolo 4.1.15-1.0.0+g3924425 #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Mar 13 14:09:51 CST

The kernel version is version 4.1.15 and it seems that bsp is needed.
Currently the guide document is in version 3.14.28

2) For kernel revision and development, we need BSP and source available in version 4.1.15.
I would appreciate it if you could provide us with a solution or guide to the problem.

And addition test 4.1.15

Download fsl-yocto-L4.1.15_1.0.0-ga.tar.gz and test it with Freescale_Yocto_Project_User's_Guide.pdf.
