i.MX8M Mini Dual Vs i.MX8M Mini Quad

Hi Sir,

I am planning to use iMX8M mini for my project but I am confused between SOM selection -

what is the major difference between i.MX8M Mini Dual and i.MX8M Mini Quad.
I know there is 4 core in Quad but apart from that is there any performance difference?  CPU load difference etc? 

I am planning to use iMX8M Mini for - Encoding, Decoding, session management, USB input handling, and data processing over an ethernet connection

For my use case which SOM I should go for and why? 

Any suggestions or feedback will be very much helpful.

There is no differences besides the number of cores.
