i.MX7D peripheral pins different power groups?

I'm trying to configure the pin muxing using the Pins tool, but I keep getting peripherals with pins from different power groups. This makes it very hard to control which banks should be which voltage. Even the keypad pins which I'm working on at the moment can not all come from the same power bank. Is this correct or is there an error in the tool?

   This is correct - some signals for modules, say for keypad, may be powered via different
power domains.
