Does NXP has i.MX6ULL MII+TJA1101 reference design?

Hello m.c,

There is not a reference design with this specific configuration. In part because the TJA1101 is Automotive Qualified and there are no i.MX6ULL automotive variants.

There is an Automotive Ethernet PHY RMII Daughter Card based on the TJA1101 which may be of help as reference (link below for more details, please note access to the schematics is moderated)
